Can I hold title in a corporation, LLC or Trust?
No we do not lend on primary residences.
If I already own the property and I want to rehab it for resale, will you refinance it?
Yes we can provide a loan for that situation.
What are your lending limits?
Typically, $50,000 to $300,000. However, there can be exceptions for strong deals and strong borrowers.
